Club Portal FAQs.
Is the C2C club portal free?
Yes. Coast 2 Coast builds your club's private store, loads your products and adds your logo at no setup cost, with no subscription.
Who can access the portal?
Access is passcode-protected for your club's committee or uniform purchasing manager. Roles that touch money or member information complete a second verification step.
How is it different from the C2C Locker Room?
The portal is a private, committee-run store for bulk ordering. The Locker Room is a public store where individual members and supporters order for themselves, 24/7.
Can associations manage all of their member clubs?
Yes. The Association Console gives an association one view across every member club, keeps uniforms on-guideline, holds agreed price caps, and provides consolidated reporting.
How are player numbers handled?
Numbers uploaded to the Numbering Engine, automatically allocated, clash-checked and reserved to each designated player.
Is the portal available now?
It is rolling out to Coast 2 Coast clubs, with foundation clubs onboarding first. Register your club's interest to be contacted as spots open.
Is there a minimum number of members to be eligible to the B2B Portal?
C2C's B2B Portal is your club's own online store — perfect for larger clubs and associations running full-season bulk orders, ideally over 100 members. For smaller club or team without full-season ordering, we've still got you covered. If your orders come around now and then rather than every season, a full store is more admin than it's worth — so instead, we keep your design links from previous orders on file. Reordering is as simple as sending us a message, and your gear stays exactly as it was. No store to manage, no fuss.
