The starting price includes 1 custom decoration in our smallest size. Price updates automatically for larger designs, additional locations, and quantity. Quantities of 1-4 attract a $25 fee which is also included in the starting price but also automatically updates when you change the quantities.

Your frequently asked questions answeredWhen will I get my order?
About 2-3 weeks. For this type of on demand express product we like to allow about 2-3 weeks from time time you place the order to the time you receive it. It can vary depending on how busy we are with other orders placed before yours, how many decorations are required, and how long the shipping takes from us to you. Often it is quicker, but we like to under promise and over deliver.
What takes place during this time is getting the blank stock items into our warehouse, preparing your custom design artwork so it can be applied to the blank product, printing or embroidering your items, and transit time to you.
How do I Save, Share or Reuse my design?
While you're customising your product, you'll see a Save Design button. This saves your design so you don't lose it if you need to come back later — and you can reuse it across different products, so if you're ordering the same design on multiple items (e.g. a tee and a hoody), you only need to design it once.
If you're not logged in, your saved design stays in your browser on the device you saved it from — it'll disappear if you clear your browser cache or switch devices.
If you're logged in, your design is saved on our end. You'll still need to reopen the customiser and look under "My saved designs" to find it and apply it to another product.
When you reuse a design on a different product, it will automatically resize/reposition to fit that product's print area — for very different product shapes or types, double-check the preview before ordering, as some adjustment may be required.
You can also share your design with someone else using the Share button — either as an image, or as a link they can open to keep customising or order it themselves.
Can I add my own design?
Yes absolutely. Our preset designs are just examples which can be fully changed. You can add your own text and choose the font, style and colours, upload your own logos and images.
Can I add individual Names and Numbers?
Yes, but you must choose one of our preset Templates containing Names & Numbers. You must completely finish your design, and we recommend saving your finished design, then click the Cart button. A popup window will appear with fields where you can enter individual names, numbers and quantities by adding more rows. Your order will be ready for checkout once you add to cart, so make sure your design is fully complete and your names and numbers are all correct before proceeding to the next step.
How does the Pricing work? Are there bulk discounts?
Every C2C Express product includes a starting decoration, already built into the price you see on the product page. Use the tables below to see what's included and what larger sizes or extra decorations cost. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Quantity price breaks apply per product, not across your whole cart. If you order 10 hoodies and 10 polos, each is priced at the 10–24 rate — they are not added together to reach 25.

DTF (Digital Transfer Print) pricing
DTF is priced per location. A front decoration up to A6 is included in the garment price. A larger front design, and any second location, are charged as shown below, based on how many of that product you order.

Embroidery pricing
Embroidery is priced per decoration. Any one decoration up to 2XS is included in the garment price, wherever you place it. Every other decoration — a second logo, a player name, a number — is charged as shown below, based on how many of that product you order.

Player names and numbers are each counted as a decoration and charged at their own size, the same as a logo. On a typical team shirt with a chest logo, a name and a number, that is three decorations — the first is covered by the included 2XS, the other two are charged in full.

Small order fee: A $25 fee applies to any product you order fewer than 5 of. Like the price breaks, it is counted per product, not per order — 1 polo and 1 hoody are two products, so each carries its own $25. The fee is spread evenly across your pieces of that product and added to the per-unit price shown above:

Can I transfer my design onto another product?
Yes. Just save your design, start a new product and select My Saved Designs. Select your saved design, then it will be added to the new product.
How do I match my team's Pantone or brand colour?
Our embroidery thread colours are matched to Pantone standards. Use our Thread Colour Reference → to look up your Pantone code and find the exact hex code to enter in the colour picker. Simply search your Pantone number (e.g. 286 C), copy the hex code, and paste it into the customiser.
For DTF printing, our colour picker uses hex codes directly. If your brand has a specified Pantone, CMYK, or RGB value, we recommend converting it to hex before designing — our colour reference page makes this straightforward.
A note on colour accuracy: Colours on screen are a close guide but will vary slightly from the finished product. Screen brightness, device settings, and the difference between how ink or thread physically absorbs light all contribute to small variations. For colour-critical orders — such as an established club uniform that must match existing garments — we recommend ordering a sample first, or contacting us with your exact Pantone reference so we can advise on the closest available thread or ink match.
